Temp - Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

LPN PositionThis position follows TrioWFS's clinical interview process. Candidates can expect outreach within two hours—via phone and text where applicable—with decisions typically made the same day or next business day. Applicants who are looking for more than 7 days off, who are seeking more than 50% of holidays off, and/or have negative background or employment history are not eligible for the same processing timeline. ****If a new grad, candidate will not get the clinical interview process, they will be presented to the facility for review.***As an LPN, you'll play a hands-on role in both resident care and team leadership:Deliver direct nursing care to residents with kindness and clinical skillSupervise and guide Certified Nursing Assistants during your shiftAdminister medications and treatments per physician ordersAccurately document care and maintain resident recordsParticipate in updating care plans and supporting resident-centered outcomesPromote safety, infection control, and policy compliance throughout your shiftProvide assistance with daily resident needs as requiredRequirements:Provider must have 1+ years minimum of current LPN experience - [REQUIRED]No 1st time travelers!
