We are seeking a Consultative Sales & Business Development Partner —a high-performing "closer" who understands that at this level, sales is not a transaction; it is a transformation.

You are a natural connector who thrives on the energy of high-stakes environments and possesses the refined "soft skills" necessary to build immediate trust with a global elite.

• The Luxury Expert: You have a proven track record in luxury service sales, private wealth management, or high-end real estate. You speak the language of discretion and excellence.
• The Behavioral Strategist: You have a background or deep interest in Psychology-Driven Communication, Relationship Coaching, or human behavior.
• The High-Performance Closer: You are a "salesperson at heart" who enjoys the hunt, the phone, and the art of the deal, but you execute with empathy and active listening.

Key Responsibilities

• Elite Client Conversion and Acquisition (Acquisition is Paid Separately Lead prospective members through a high-touch, consultative process, converting warm leads into long-term members.
• Bespoke Membership Strategy: Guide VHNW/UHNW individuals in selecting the membership tiers that best align with their personal potential and relationship goals.
• Strategic Relationship Management: Act as a trusted advisor, nurturing client relationships post-sale to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention.
• Business Growth: Proactively expand the membership base through strategic outreach and business development initiatives (with dedicated incentives for new client acquisition).
• AI Integration: Utilize AI tools and modern workflows to enhance productivity and client tracking.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Luxury Pedigree: Experience in successful luxury service/product sales, or in financial sales, is highly preferred.
• Communication Mastery: Native or Bilingual English proficiency with the ability to articulate value with nuance and sophistication.
• Emotional Intelligence: High EQ, self-awareness, and the "social grace" required to interact with global power players.
• Outcome-Driven: A strong desire to help clients find life partners, fueled by a competitive drive to reach the highest tiers of compensation.
• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; working knowledge of AI tools is a significant plus.
