Senior Sales Account Manager

Position Summary Ampcus is seeking proactive, strategic Senior Account Managers to drive revenue growth and client success across its Banking and Financial Services portfolio. This role leverages Ampcus strengths in Digital Transformation, Intelligent Automation, Cybersecurity, Cloud and Infrastructure Management, and Generative AI to engage leading named banks and financial services institutions. The ideal candidate brings strong consultative selling capabilities, excels in solution shaping, and builds trusted, long-term relationships with executive stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Own and grow named strategic BFSI accounts by identifying new business opportunities and expanding service offerings across key technology areas. Sell digital and infrastructure solutions across platforms/areas like AI/ML, cybersecurity, cloud/infrastructure management, forensic accounting and others. Walk the halls and engage with Executive level stakeholders to understand business goals and pain points, and shape tailored, outcome-based solutions that drive transformation. Lead end-to-end deal cycles, from lead qualification and solution shaping through proposal, pricing, negotiation, and contract closure. Collaborate closely with solution and delivery teams to co-create proposals, ensure feasibility, and align solutions to client needs. Work with account leadership to create and maintain account plans, revenue forecasts, and pipeline visibility aligned to client roadmaps and business objectives. Drive client satisfaction, monitor project health, and resolve delivery or relationship escalations as needed. Qualifications 510 years of experience in IT services/consulting sales, account management, or enterprise solution selling, with at least 3 years in the banking domain. Experience with target account selling, solution selling and/or consultative sales techniques Demonstrated ability to work with the solution team to map technology to solving real business problems Familiarity in selling solutions involving: Digital Transformation, AI/ML and Generative AI initiatives Cybersecurity, Risk and Compliance services Cloud and infrastructure management (AWS, Azure, GCP) Testing & IVV Services Track record of closing large deals and achieving/exceeding sales quotas.
