Description:
Experienced CT Technologist supporting all patient types.
Significant knowledge of CT scanners and associated technology.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills are essential.
Responsible for performing CT guided invasive procedures.
Department will serve emergency department, inpatient, observation, and outpatient patients.
Will perform anesthesia cases as needed.
Minimum experience requirement is 2 years.
First-time travelers are welcome.
Department typically operates at 100% capacity.
CT Department performs an average of 68 studies per day, with higher volumes during the week.
Technologist will be expected to start peripheral IVs for venous and arterial phase scanning.
Multi-phase scanning, stroke imaging, and colorectal studies are frequently performed.
Knowledge of specific imaging software is preferred.
Weekend coverage and call is required.
Travelers will work a significant percentage of holidays.
