Operations Manager

Back Operations Manager – Orlando, FL Overview Dynamic operations leader to serve as a trusted partner to executive leadership. This role goes beyond traditional office management by shaping operational strategy and driving growth through process improvements, cross-functional collaboration, and effective people operations support. What You'll Do Serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership on operational initiatives and business priorities. Oversee office operations, administration, and day-to-day business functions. Develop and improve processes, workflows, and systems that increase efficiency and scalability. Manage vendor relationships, facilities, and office services. Coordinate recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration. Support payroll, billing, accounts payable, bookkeeping, and other operational accounting functions. Maintain CRM systems, coordinate technology initiatives, support marketing efforts, and manage client communications. Partner with outside IT providers to support technology enhancements and system implementations. Coordinate compliance activities, vendor agreements, and insurance renewals. Lead cross-functional projects, strategic initiatives, and company events that contribute to organizational growth. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree preferred. 5+ years of progressive experience in operations, business management, office administration, or a similar leadership role. Experience supporting executive leadership within a fast-paced, growing organization. Working knowledge of HR, payroll, billing, bookkeeping, and general business operations. Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills. Strong technology aptitude with the ability to learn and leverage new systems to improve business processes. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. Who Thrives in This Role?
