Endodontist Opportunity Responsibilities
- Lead endodontic diagnosis and treatment, delivering high-quality, patient-centered specialty care
- Perform a full scope of endodontic procedures with a focus on precision, comfort, and clinical excellence
- Collaborate with non-clinical teams including Talent, Finance, HR, and IT to support efficient practice operations
- Create a positive, patient-focused environment that builds trust and encourages long-term relationships
- Maintain compliance with all clinical, safety, and regulatory standards
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Completion of an accredited Endodontic residency program
- Active, unrestricted state dental license
- 1-2 years of clinical endodontic experience preferred; select opportunities open to new graduates
- Strong ethical standards and a commitment to exceptional patient care
- Interest in continued learning, mentorship, and collaboration
