Clinical Pharmacy Operations Manager
Immediate need for a talented Clinical Pharmacy Operations Manager. This is a Fulltime opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Salt Lake City, UT (Onsite). Shift: Days Admin Hours No Weekends! Scheduled Hours: 40 hours per week Up to $170,352/year! competitive compensation for pharmacy leaders! Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Education: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited institution required
- Residency: Completion of a PGY1 or PGY2 Health-System Pharmacy Administration residency required
- Licensure: Current pharmacist licensure (or eligibility for licensure) in Utah required
- Experience: Minimum 35 years of recent hospital pharmacy experience with progressive leadership or supervisory responsibilities
- Skills: Demonstrated expertise in sterile compounding regulations and medication safety practices; exceptional communication, problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record of leading teams through operational change
