Our culture is rooted in values like earning customers for life, improving constantly, and taking ownership of results.At Lithia & Driveway, you'll find:Opportunities for advancement across a national networkLeadership development and training through our internal learning programsA culture that recognizes and rewards resultsThe ability to influence store success and shape your teamWhat You'll DoParts Staff Recruiting, Training and DevelopmentDevelop staff by setting and communicating performance/production expectations, monitoring performance, identifying development needs, coaching and mentoring.Customer EngagementResolve customer requests, questions and concerns in a professional, and prompt manner.Warranty Parts ManagementEnsure full compliance with all procedures, policies and rules regarding the maintenance of warranty parts as set by the manufacturer.Returns ProcessingEnsure core, warranty, manufacturer and aftermarket parts returns are processed accurately, and in full compliance with all policies and procedures.Inventory ManagementAssure stocking levels are sufficient to meet customer demands.Inventory investment to produce 6-8 turns per year to ensure maximum return on investment and customer satisfaction.Utilize inventory reports to manage inventory levels daily.
