A little more about our center: Crestwood Terrace is an Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) with 126 beds and is providing patient care to the mentally ill/behavior health population (ages 21 and up). Located in a quiet neighborhood, we are one of 3 medical centers on our street. Job Description What you will do in this role : The Administrator is the one that engages the team, manages the operations/metrics and above all, sets the pace and culture of the center. You will create a partnership with the clinical team, drive census and focus on employee retention. What we need from you : 3+ years of experience as an LNHA in a skilled nursing facility Extensive knowledge & experience with state and federal care regulations You understand ROI, QMs and know your buildings metrics inside and out.
