Advanced Practice Provider (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) Specialty Practice – Valley ENT $10,000 Sign-On Bonus Available Valley ENT is seeking a motivated and career-oriented Advanced Practice Provider (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) to join our growing ENT practice. Position Overview The APP will primarily practice in our Visalia clinic, caring for both adult and pediatric patients in a well‑established ENT practice. Our practice is known for its positive culture, approachable physician leadership, and team‑oriented environment. We believe in providing the support and resources necessary for providers to thrive professionally while maintaining a healthy balance outside of work. Training & Mentorship We are passionate about developing excellent specialty providers and invest significantly in training and mentorship. Our onboarding program includes: Dedicated physician mentorship and ongoing clinical support Comprehensive training during the first several months Weekly provider‑led educational sessions and case discussions CME support, including opportunities to attend national conferences Gradual patient ramp‑up designed to build confidence and clinical excellence Hands‑on procedural training with increasing autonomy over time A collaborative learning environment where questions and growth are encouraged Previous ENT experience is not required. We welcome candidates who demonstrate professionalism, curiosity, adaptability, and a genuine interest in developing expertise within a specialty practice. Compensation & Professional Growth We offer competitive compensation throughout the credentialing and training period, along with a clear pathway for professional and financial growth. Compensation highlights include: 10,000 Sign‑On Bonus Competitive starting salary during training and credentialing Income potential exceeding $150,000 annually following successful completion of onboarding and credentialing Continued compensation growth as clinical experience, efficiency, procedural skills, and patient volume increase Many providers achieve compensation in the range of approximately $175,000 annually within the first 12–18 months as they become increasingly comfortable managing a robust clinic schedule Long‑term income potential exceeding $200,000 annually with continued professional development and procedural proficiency Our goal is to create an environment where providers can steadily expand their skills, autonomy, and earning potential while delivering outstanding patient care.
