HIRS Data Management Specialist

Location: On‑Site – West Los Angeles, CA

Overview

We are seeking a detail‑oriented HIRS Data Management Specialist to support on‑site HR operations in West Los Angeles. This role focuses on maintaining accurate employee records within Workday and ensuring data integrity across HR systems. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience updating employee files and working within structured HR data environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain, update, and audit employee records in Workday to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Process employee data changes including new hires, transfers, job changes, and terminations
• Support HIRS data management activities, ensuring consistency across HR systems
• Perform regular data validation and quality checks
• Partner with HR, payroll, and compliance teams to resolve data discrepancies
• Adhere to data privacy, confidentiality, and internal controls
• Support reporting and data requests as needed

Qualifications

• Prior experience in HR data management or HR operations
• Hands‑on experience updating and maintaining employee files in Workday
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Familiarity with HRIS data standards and best practices
• Ability to work on‑site in West Los Angeles
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Preferred Experience

• Experience supporting high‑volume employee populations
• Exposure to audits, compliance, or data clean‑up initiatives
• Experience working in structured or regulated environments

Work Environment

• On‑site role based in West Los Angeles
• Standard business hours

Compensation

$25 per hour
