Laundry Attendant

TownePlace Suites® by Marriott Buffalo Airport is seeking a Laundry Attendant to join their team!

A Laundry Attendant will be responsible for: maintaining a constant supply of clean linens and towels for the hotel –

* Tends laundering machines to clean articles, such as sheets, towels and other linen. * Inspects linen to locate stained or torn items. Records counts for discarded linen. * Folds, stacks and places towels, sheets and other linen in appropriate storage bins. * Checks stock and notifies supervisor of supply needs.

Pay range: $16.50- $17.50

High School diploma or equivalent 1 Years Experience in hotel housekeeping Hotel Experience a plus Customer service skills and team player Flexibility to work weekends and holidays Able to stand for 8 hour shift Able to lift 25 to 50 lbs loading linen into machines
