Radiologic Technologist to CT Tech Program

Accelerated Rad Tech to CT Tech Development Program We are looking for Radiologic Technologists (Rad Techs) to take the next step in their career through HCA Healthcare’s Accelerated Rad Tech to CT Tech Program! This program is a 10‑week intensive online certification program offered through Houston City College – Coleman College for Health Sciences. Participants work and are paid for 38.5 hours per week while receiving the necessary CT clinical hours at HCA Healthcare facilities. Qualifications Be in a Radiologic Technologist role, or a similar role, throughout the entire 10‑week program. Participants already in a CT role are ineligible. Have a current ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification or NMTCB (National Registry of Nuclear Medicine Technologists) certification. Complete 38.5 hours per week of CT clinical hours over a consecutive 10‑week period. Participants in a PRN status may participate but must be able to commit to 38.5 hours per week during the program. The facility must be able to place the employee in an FTE upon completion of the program. Must be employed by HCA Healthcare and complete clinicals at an HCA Healthcare participating facility. Provide a college transcript that shows an associate’s degree or greater. At a minimum, participants must be able to provide a college transcript showing completion and a passing grade for college‑level English and Math courses.
