OTR CDL A Truck Drivers | $1,500 - $1,923 Weekly Gross

If you like things steady, friendly, and not overly complicated, welcome to the Midwest way of trucking. At Magnum, we don't rush what doesn't need rushing; we don't fix what isn't broken, and we believe a calm day behind the wheel is a good day.

Magnum is hiring OTR CDL A drivers for consistent miles, 100% no-touch freight, and newer automatic, clean equipment. Drivers average 2,500-3,000 miles per week with weekly pay and flexible home time. No chaos, no guessing, just solid freight and people who mean what they say.

Pay & Miles

$1,500-$1,923 average weekly pay
2,500-3,000 miles per week
Weekly pay
Guaranteed weekly pay (because math should be simple)
Paid for all dispatched miles, loaded and empty
Monthly performance bonuses
Detention, layover, breakdown, and extra pickup/drop pay

Home Time

Midwest locations: home every 10-14 days
All other locations: out 2-3 weeks

Paid Orientation

$500 paid after completion (the first week of employment)

Driver Requirements

Valid CDL A
Minimum 1 year recent CDL A experience
Must meet DOT requirements
Must be 21 years old

JOB REQUIREMENTS

No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years
No DUI/DWI in the last 12 months
No preventable DOT accidents in the last 12 months
No serious violations in the last 12 months
Must meet all DOT/FMCSA requirements
