These are interview-based evaluations only . There is no treatment, prescribing, psychotherapy, ongoing patient management, or follow-up care associated with this role.

Position Highlights

• Approximately 7 8 scheduled evaluations during a 10-hour clinic day
• One-hour appointment scheduled for each evaluation
• Flexible scheduling with clinic dates released approximately days in advance
• Typical commitment of 1 2 Saturdays per month
• Professional administrative support provided throughout the clinic day
• Medical malpractice coverage included
• Standardized evaluation and documentation process
