Job Full Description Position: Data Entry Clerk
Pay: $16-$17 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Data Entry Clerk to support our operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data across various systems. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, consistency, and confidentiality.

Schedule:
- Monday-Thursday, 7:00 AM - 2:30 PM (through August)
- Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 2:30 PM (starting in September)
We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Data Entry Clerk to support our operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data across various systems. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, consistency, and confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and update data in internal systems and spreadsheets
- Verify data for completeness, accuracy, and proper formatting
- Maintain organized records and files, both digital and physical
- Assist with basic reporting or data review tasks
- Communicate with other departments as needed to resolve data discrepancies
- Maintain confidentiality and follow all company data security protocols
- Support other administrative tasks as needed
- Strong typing skills and computer proficiency (Excel, Word, etc.)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Previous data entry or administrative experience preferred
- Availability to work Monday-Thursday through August , and Monday-Friday starting in September , 7:00 AM - 2:30 PM
