$18.25 hourly plus $2 Hour Shift Differential

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor food production machinery to ensure efficient and safe operations.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain quality standards.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards.
• Document production data and report any discrepancies to supervisors promptly.
• Assist in the setup and calibration of machinery for different production runs.

Qualifications:

• Experience in operating and maintaining food production machinery.
• Ability to perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues efficiently.
• Proven track record of collaborating effectively with team members to achieve production goals.
• Strong commitment to adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
• Skill in conducting quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
