To strengthen our team, we are looking for an Engagement & Communication Specialist at the Tanger Plant. Qualifications Level of studies: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. Experience: 4 years of experience within Yazaki & 18 months in current position. Languages: Fluent in English & French (Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills). Knowledge in Design Tools (Canva, Figma…). Creative mindset with strong attention to detail. Ability to adapt, learn quickly, and contribute across multiple HR domains, supporting both operational and development‑oriented activities. Key Responsibilities Implementation of SCR (Social Corporate Responsibility) calendar. Develop and deliver internal communication strategies aligned with business objectives and internal calendar, aligned with YEMEA Communications. Create engaging content for internal channels (email, intranet, newsletters, town halls, presentations) on a regular basis and for special projects. Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, campaigns, and events. Partner with HR, leadership, and managers to support communication, culture initiatives, employee development and internal mobility programs. Measure engagement and communication effectiveness through surveys, feedback, and analytics, respecting YEMEA frame. Support employer branding and internal storytelling through defined channels or initiate new ones. Ensure messaging is consistent, inclusive, and aligned with company values.
