Lead Program Manager

Leading the Community Wishlist program portfolio, the full-time remote Lead Program Manager will manage strategic alignment, program delivery, and stakeholder engagement while overseeing cross-functional initiatives to fulfill community requests. Key Responsibilities Lead planning, coordination, and execution of request intake programs across teams and departments Track and support teams in delivering meaningful impact, establishing metrics to measure success Build and maintain relationships with community members and diverse stakeholders to align program goals Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in community management and community service ownership Proven track record managing multi-stakeholder groups and delivering results on complex projects Strong program management skills, including prioritization, organization, and decision-making Excellent English written and verbal communication skills with executive presentation experience Experience creating a culture of equity, inclusion, and diversity within teams
