Location: Inglewood, CA
Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Shift Options:

• 11:00 AM–7:30 PM
• 1:00 PM–9:30 PM
  ⏰ Overtime: Available based on business needs
  Weekends: Must be available to work weekends as needed
  Job Type: Full-Time

Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Warehouse Receiver & Forklift Operator to join our team in Inglewood!

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys an active warehouse environment and has hands-on experience operating an electric forklift . You will be responsible for receiving and unloading inbound shipments, moving and organizing pallets, maintaining accurate product placement, and keeping the warehouse safe, clean, and organized.

What You'll Do

Receiving & Unloading

• Receive and unload weekly inbound shipments.
• Safely operate an electric forklift to unload pallets from trucks.
• Inspect incoming pallets and cartons for visible damage or discrepancies.
• Report damaged products, shipping issues, or inventory discrepancies to the Warehouse Manager.
• Stage received pallets in designated receiving areas.

Carton & Inventory Organization

• Sort and organize cartons according to warehouse procedures.
• Separate products by SKU, style, purchase order, shipment, or warehouse location .
• Ensure products are handled carefully and placed accurately.
• Maintain organized inventory and accurate product placement.

Forklift & Pallet Movement

• Retrieve designated pallets from warehouse storage at the beginning of each shift.
• Move and return pallets to their assigned locations.
• Safely operate the electric forklift throughout the warehouse and receiving areas.
• Identify and report misplaced, damaged, or unstable pallets.
• Consolidate pallets and inventory to maximize available storage space.

Warehouse Operations & Safety

• Complete required daily forklift safety inspections.
• Follow all forklift, loading dock, warehouse, and pallet-rack safety procedures.
• Keep aisles, exits, receiving areas, and workstations clean and free of obstructions.
• Report unsafe conditions or damaged equipment immediately.
• Assist with general warehouse and receiving duties as needed.

What We're Looking For

• Previous warehouse, receiving, material handling, or distribution experience preferred.
• Previous electric forklift operating experience required.
• Current forklift certification preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, productivity-driven warehouse .
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety.
• Must be available for overtime and weekend work as needed.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to safely lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Frequent bending, squatting, reaching, and repetitive movements.
• Ability to safely climb on and off warehouse equipment.
• Ability to work safely around forklifts, trucks, pallet racks, and active loading areas.
