Our established Smithtown practice features 9 operatories and a modern digital workflow. We provide comprehensive care ranging from preventive and periodontal treatment to restorative, cosmetic, Invisalign, and same-day crown services. For our hygienists, that means working as an integral part of a comprehensive care team - not simply moving patients through a hygiene schedule. Your Role as a Dental Hygienist

• Provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal hygiene care
• Perform cleanings, scaling and root planing, fluoride treatments, and other hygiene services within your scope
• Assess periodontal health and communicate clinical findings with patients and providers
• Capture diagnostic-quality digital x-rays and maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Educate patients on oral health, home care, periodontal needs, and recommended treatment
• Collaborate with dentists to identify periodontal, restorative, and comprehensive treatment needs
• Build trusted, long-term relationships that encourage patients to stay engaged in their oral health

What Were Looking For

• Active New York Dental Hygienist license
• Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program
• Current CPR certification
• Patient-focused approach with strong communication skills
• Collaborative, dependable, and committed to high-quality clinical care
• 1+ year of hygiene experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Local anesthesia certification is a plus
