Sr. Human Resources Generalist - Onsite Manufacturing Supporting our Garland manufacturing location, you'll drive people initiatives to shape & execute bold people strategies. This high-impact HR Generalist position is laser-focused on driving cultural transformation to crush goals related to people initiatives, employee relations, and supporting site leadership. The Garland site employs approximately 1000 employees in a Non-Union Manufacturing location and is a high visibility site with a large employee population that produces BBQ Sauces and Lunchables and supports the Maintenance, Quality, and Materials leaders onsite. This position requires an Onsite Presence Monday-Friday and might include some work outside of first shift operating hours. Minimum Requirements 5+ Years of Experience as a HR Generalist Supporting hourly employees within a manufacturing environment. Strong eye for business, project management, and technical proficiencyin workplace technology and systems (eg.Workday, Kronos,MS Office Suite,etc) Ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and other key customers influencing through data and insights Excellent organization and time management skills in a fast-paced environment Stronganalytical andproblem-solvingskills, leading change through others. Adaptability – Maintaining effectiveness in the face of changing priorities and tasks,abilityto manage multiple assignments. New Hire Base Salary Range $77,800.00 - $97,300.00 Bonus This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
