The ideal candidate will provide essential support to patients and assist nursing staff in delivering high-quality care. This role is vital in ensuring the comfort and well-being of patients in various healthcare settings.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant certification
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
• Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including lifting and moving patients
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and record vital signs, such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure
• Help patients with mobility and physical activities, including transferring and positioning
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
• Communicate effectively with nursing staff regarding patient needs and changes in condition
• Assist with feeding and hydration of patients as needed
• Follow all safety and infection control protocols
