Junior Project Coordinator

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated, tech-savvy, and highly adaptable Junior IT Project Coordinator to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys technology, solving problems, organizing projects, communicating with people, and learning new systems.

We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a proactive mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Coordination: Help organize projects, track deliverables, manage task lists, monitor deadlines, and ensure action items are completed.
• Communication: Coordinate with team members, management, clients, and external partners to keep projects moving and information flowing.
• Technology & Systems: Learn and work with business software, project management platforms, AI tools, cloud-based applications, and other technology systems.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate project records, meeting notes, procedures, reports, and status updates.
• Problem-Solving: Identify obstacles, research solutions, troubleshoot basic issues, and lift problems when needed.
• Operations Support: Assist with daily business operations, process improvements, workflow organization, and special projects.
• Follow-Through: Take ownership of assigned responsibilities, follow up on outstanding tasks, and proactively communicate potential delays or issues.
• Continuous Learning: Quickly learn new tools, technologies, processes, and responsibilities as the business evolves.

Experience & Qualifications

• Entry-level candidates and entry level candidates are welcome.
• Previous experience in project coordination, IT, administration, customer service, or business operations is helpful but not required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, project management software, or AI productivity tools is a plus.
• A degree or technical certification is not required if you can demonstrate strong aptitude, communication, and a willingness to learn.
