Position Summary Our Nashville office seeks an Of Counsel to join our dynamic, long‑established labor and employment law practice. The role offers a high‑level position providing legal service within a sophisticated practice for premier local and national employers. Responsibilities Perform legal research and draft legal memoranda, motions, and pleadings. Attend court conferences and handle discovery‑related activities and investigations. Draft position statements and dispositive motions. Provide counseling to clients on employment‑law‑related matters. Maintain extensive contact with clients, governmental agencies, and opposing counsel. Requirements Juris Doctor, licensed to practice law in Tennessee and in good standing. At least 8 years of employment litigation experience. Labor and employment litigation experience required. Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills.
