ABOUT THE ROLE

The Sales Consultant guides clients through the selection of appliances, plumbing, lighting, and hardware for their homes, translating design vision into product decisions with clarity and confidence. Based in our Miami showroom, this role is central to the client experience Maison is known for.

RESPONSIBILITIES

● Guide homeowners and trade clients through product selection across all four categories

● Build proposals and quotes that reflect each client’s project, timeline, and budget

● Maintain product knowledge across Maison’s full vendor network

● Partner with the showroom team to ensure a seamless experience from first visit through delivery

● Follow up with clients throughout their project to support a smooth, considered process

● Meet individual sales and margin targets in support of showroom goals

WHAT YOU BRING

● Experience in consultative sales, ideally in design, home products, or a related retail environment

● A genuine interest in design and how spaces come together

● Comfort managing multiple client relationships and projects at once

● Strong communication skills and a composed, client-first approach

● Availability to work a retail schedule, including weekends as needed
