About the Role: As a Housekeeper at The Gatesworth, you play a vital role in maintaining the beautiful, clean, and safe environment our residents call home. This position involves the daily cleaning and sanitation of resident apartments and common areas, ensuring a superior level of cleanliness and presentation. You will be a key representative of The Gatesworth, interacting with residents, guests, and families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed cleaning of resident apartments, including kitchens and bathrooms (dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, wiping, scrubbing, and polishing).
• Maintain impeccable cleanliness and sanitation in all common areas, hallways, and facility spaces.
• Restock common area supplies (soap, paper products, etc.).
• Assist with facility emergencies, spills, laundry, and pet cleanups as needed.
• Commit to maintaining a safe, secure, and supportive environment for our senior residents.

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of professional housekeeping, hotel, or senior living cleaning experience.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Proven ability to be a reliable and positive team player.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Availability: Weekends and holidays are required.
