Project Manager - NG Generation EaaS (Bilingual in English & Mandarin/Cantonese)

About Us

EIntegro Power Solutions, Inc. is a Silicon Valley-based technology company providing power solutions such as natural gas generations utility companies and large-scale commercial and industrial (C&I) electrical consumers including data centers.

Due to the recent expansion in the natural gas power generation arena, we are looking for an expert to contribute to project design, analysis and management who will be responsible for technical validation, site survey and evaluation, solution design, permit application and project management in particular with NG generation related issues such as vendors relationship and negotiations.

Key Responsibilities

· Working with sales and other teams to create a package as presentations and value-selling pitches of critical power, distributed energy, and EaaS solutions to executive and C-level stakeholders of customers.

· Ability to lead the technical introduction, selection, and validation of gas engine-based power systems. Provide initial system engineering design assessment, compatibility evaluation, engineering schematics, and site integration planning. 

· Partner with the sales team to translate complex field data into customized technical proposals under various commercial frameworks (such as EaaS or PPA agreement).

· Hands on experience and capability for a full cycle EaaS project with all parties involved including factory application engineers, third-party EPC contractors, and mechanical/electrical subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.

Ideal Profile:

• Minimum requirement as a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
• 5+ years of proven experience in the NG generation industry as a project manager, field engineering, application engineering, or senior sales support.
• Strong preference for candidates with a track record of supporting project delivery modeled under Energy-as-a-Service (EaaS), Power Purchase Agreements (PPA), or similar alternative financing structures.
• Solid understanding of gas engine power generation, or microgrid architectures.
• Passionate about thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment for energy solutions.

Language & Communication

• Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin or Cantonese is preferred to interface effectively with global teams, partners, and diverse client bases.
• Demonstrated ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly, lead client-facing communication, and deliver smooth solution presentations to both technical teams and executive stakeholders.

Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future company visa sponsorship (e.g., H-1B).
