Locations: Fairhope & Daphne, AL

Pay: $16-$17/hour to start

Schedule: Full-time opportunities available


About the Role


We are currently hiring hardworking Landscapers / General Laborers for projects in the Fairhope and Daphne areas. This is a physically active, outdoor position ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands and being outside.


Responsibilities

• Perform landscaping and general outdoor labor tasks
• Mow, trim, edge, and maintain properties
• Assist with planting, cleanup, mulching, and other landscaping duties
• Operate basic landscaping tools and equipment safely
• Work efficiently as part of a team in outdoor environments
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a strong work ethic

Requirements

• Previous landscaping or outdoor labor experience preferred
• Must be able to work outside in heat, cold, rain, and other weather elements
• Ability to lift, bend, stand, and work physically throughout the shift
• Reliable transportation and punctuality required
• Positive attitude and willingness to work hard
