Manager on Duty

General Responsibilities: Organize assigned store operations and delegate responsibilities to staff Proactively manage the assigned store to meet and report performance metrics Effectively build strong relationships, lead and develop a team Responsible for team building, scheduling, performance management, retention, and staff development Maintain operations by initiating and coordinating policies and procedures Cultivate and maintain a healthy culture Compensation: $23-$25/hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
