Join our growing production team! We are seeking an experienced Mail Inserting & Inkjet Addressing Associate to operate and maintain mailing equipment in a fast-paced print and direct mail environment.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate mail inserting equipment
• Operate inkjet addressing systems for variable data mailings
• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and postal compliance
• Troubleshoot equipment and perform routine maintenance
• Meet production schedules while maintaining high quality standards
• Work closely with production and mailing staff to complete projects on time

Qualifications:

• Previous experience operating mail inserting and inkjet addressing equipment required
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
