As we continue to grow, we’re looking for team members who are dedicated, reliable, and ready to contribute to a culture built on respect, opportunity, and pride in service.Work Schedule: Days/nights vary, including weekends Shifts Available:must work weekendsStarting Pay: $15.97 per hourSummary of duties:Clean hard surface floors (Sanitize, scrub, strip and finish)Scrub and burnish special floor surfaces (e.g. Gymnasium floors)Steam-clean or shampoo carpetsExtract carpet using carpet extractorWash windowsPressure wash floor/building using pressure washerMinor wall repairsGather and empty trashService, clean, and supply restroomsClean and polish furniture and fixturesClean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegeesDust furniture, walls, machines, and equipmentNotify managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systemsRequisitions supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance dutiesBack up for crew members in territory when neededPotential for extensive driving- often within a radius of four to five states. Occasional overnight shifts may be requiredRequirements for our Project Crew Member Position:Experience in building and warehouse cleaning and maintenance workKnowledge of proper floor care techniques for a variety of floor types (e.g., vinyl, tile, carpet, concrete, hardwood)Ability to travel (drive) to various work sitesAbility to work nights/days and weekendsPresent and maintain valid driver licenseAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and safe handling for chemicals sheets/documents (generally in English; may have in Spanish where state required).
