About the Position

Power Washing Technician

Allen Shine LLC is looking for motivated, reliable team members to join our professional power washing crew this season. We specialize in high-quality residential and commercial exterior cleaning services across the northwest suburbs of Chicagoland.

This position is for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, take pride in physical work, and want to be part of a fast-growing company focused on professionalism and quality results.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and commercial pressure washing and soft washing services
• Clean homes, driveways, sidewalks, patios, fences, retaining walls, and commercial properties
• Operate professional pressure washing equipment safely and efficiently
• Prepare job sites and ensure high-quality results on every project
• Maintain equipment, hoses, and work vehicles
• Communicate professionally with customers on-site
• Follow company safety procedures and standards

Requirements

• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Comfortable with physical labor and lifting equipment
• Attention to detail and professionalism
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Experience is a plus, but not required — we are willing to train the right person
