Now Hiring: Part-time Window Cleaning Technicians for morning shifts (8:00 AM–1:00 PM, Monday–Saturday) and afternoon shifts (1:00 PM –5:00 PM) in Miami and surrounding areas. Seasonal or year-round positions available.

What You’ll Do:

Perform window cleaning, gutter cleaning, house washing, and pressure washing

Service residential, commercial, and post-construction properties

Assist with Holiday Lights design, installation, maintenance, takedown, and storage

Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high-quality workmanship standards

Identify opportunities to upsell additional services and communicate them professionally to customers or team leads

Support business development efforts by distributing marketing materials, visiting nearby properties, and introducing company services when assigned

Work collaboratively with team members and grow through training and feedback

Requirements:

Prior window cleaning and pressure washing experience preferred

Strong attention to detail and time management

Ability to work independently and efficiently

Self-motivated, reliable, and responsible

Positive attitude and team-player mindset

Comfortable working outdoors required

Valid driver’s license

Customer service experience is a plus

Ability to speak English fluently

Intermediate Spanish proficiency preferred

Physical/Mental Requirements:

Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing ladders up to 40 ft, and working at heights.

Requires good physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Must be safety-conscious and possess strong problem-solving skills.

Schedule & Availability

Morning shift availability required

Monday through Saturday

Typical working hours between 8:00 AM and 1:00 PM

Actual start and end times may vary based on job schedules, weather, and operational needs
