Be Part of Something Big in a New Pediatric Heart Center The Pediatrix Critical Care team at Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital is seeking a Pediatric Intensivist with significant training and/or experience in Pediatric Cardiac Intensive care to help expand our Pediatric Cardiac Intensive Care program. This is a unique opportunity to shape a rapidly growing service line in the newly launched Mary Bridge Heart Center and brand‑new children’s hospital that opened in May 2026. State‑of‑The‑Art Workplace New hospital opened in May 2026: Home of the new Mary Bridge Heart Center and a growing multidisciplinary cardiac program. Expanded 22 bed PICU/CICU Full pediatric subspecialty support and advanced ICU modalities Exciting new opportunity with ability to lead Be on the ground floor of developing this newly revamped program Partner with exceptional cardiac surgery, cardiology, and ICU teams to build a thriving pediatric cardiac service. Work‑Life Balance–Focused Approximately 12 clinical shifts per month. Supported environment with collaborative teams and robust staffing models Qualifications Experience caring for pediatric patients within CICU or those in need of intensive cardiac care. Board certified or board eligible and fellowship trained in Pediatric Critical Care.
