You will collaborate with hiring managers, HR professionals, and other stakeholders to identify staffing needs and execute recruitment strategies that ensure a steady pipeline of skilled and motivated candidates.We Offer You!Competitive salary and bonus potential401K with 5% company match, yours to keep after 2 years15% immediate return if you participate in the company's ESPPMedical, dental & vision plansEmployer paid disability plans and life insurancePaid time off & holidaysTuition support for degree and continuous educationEmployee resource groups focused on employee empowermentWhat's attractive about the Recruiter position?Serve as a trusted talent advisor to hiring leaders and HR partners, influencing hiring decisions and workforce strategies.Opportunity to connect job seekers with great opportunities at Quanex while hiring great talent to help the organization growExperience managing high-volume recruitment while building strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and business leaders in a fast-paced environmentWhat Success Looks Like:Work closely with hiring managers and Human Resources to understand their staffing requirements and develop recruitment strategies tailored to their needs.Drive high-volume recruitment efforts for hourly manufacturing, production, and operational positions across Quanex plants and facilities.Build and maintain talent pipelines for hourly roles through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, and candidate relationship management.Keep candidates engaged and informed about their application status, interview outcomes, and next steps.Regularly communicate with HR and hiring managers and provide updates on recruitment progress, challenges, and adjustments to the strategy.Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and changes that may impact talent acquisition in the manufacturing sector.Demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset by leveraging data, insights, and innovative approaches to enhance recruitment processes, attract high-quality talent, and scale successful hiring strategies.Manage multiple requisitions and priorities with strong organization, timely communication, and consistent follow-through.Your Credentials:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).Minimum 2 years experience as a recruiter, particularly in manufacturing or related industries.Familiarity with various recruiting techniques and tools, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social media platforms.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with hiring managers and candidates.Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple candidates and tasks simultaneously.Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.The salary range for this position is $65,000 to $80,000 with the potential to earn an annual bonus.
