Manufacturing Supervisor

THIS ROLE IS SWING SHIFT

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES / DUTIES:

Manufacturing Supervisor will supervise the operators and report daily on the status of production, identifying current and future capacity requirements. Making sure employees that report to you meet performance expectations, meeting daily commits. Ensuring that the work environment is safe, secure and healthy. Working closely with CFT and ensure great customer service at all levels and meeting deadlines. Verifying and approving timecards and making sure the cost controls. Some lean exp. Preferred. PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: (include experience required with specific software applications, equipment, or specific certifications and education requirements such as MSME, MSEE, APICS, etc) PREFERRED Qualifications (nice to have skills):Previous leadership experience, excellent communication skills, Eye for detail and accuracy. Reliable, with high integrity and strong work ethic. Ability to work as part of a team. Professional appearance and attitude. Computer literacy. Proactive organizational skills. Ability to keep a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment. Contract manufacturing exp. Preferred.
