Marketing Coordinator

Job Description Frank Darling is a female-founded fine jewelry brand making custom engagement rings feel exciting, personal, and refreshingly human. We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the day-to-day operational engine behind our marketing efforts. This role is central to keeping our photoshoots, website, events, and campaigns running smoothly. You'll work cross-functionally with photography, production, graphic design, gemology, and tech teams to ensure the right pieces, assets, and details are in the right place at the right time. This is a great fit for someone who thrives on logistics and follow-through, enjoys variety across creative and operational work, and wants exposure to every part of a marketing team's engine. Key Duties and Responsibilities Sample Management for Marketing Photoshoots Manage samples for 3 major photoshoots per year, and quarterly seasonal edits Own the end-to-end sample process for all marketing photoshoots: outlining which jewelry pieces are needed based on creative briefs and shot lists Coordinate with the gemology team on stone sourcing and availability Create and manage purchase orders in Shopify for sample production Track delivery timing across teams (gemology, CAD, production) to ensure samples are ready ahead of shoot dates Calculate and track sample costs Manage PR gifting sample orders Website & DAM Management Tag and organize assets in the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system Update landing pages, gift guides and make ad hoc website updates as needed Event Organization Plan and coordinate logistics for marketing events and activations across showrooms Asset Resizing Resize social and paid media assets across platforms and formats to support graphic design and paid media needs Maintain the shared asset tracker to keep resized/refreshed creative organized and easy for the team to locate Activation Support Provide hands-on support for marketing activations, from in-showroom moments to broader campaign executions Strategic Support Conduct competitor research to inform brand and campaign strategies Contribute to campaign and content ideation Requirements and Experience 1–3 years of experience in marketing, operations, or a related coordination-heavy role Exceptional organizational skills and follow-through; comfortable managing multiple timelines and stakeholders at once Strong communication skills and comfort coordinating across teams (production, design, gemology, e-commerce) Detail-oriented with a knack for logistics and process Comfortable with (or eager to learn) tools like Shopify, DAM platforms, and basic asset editing/resizing tools Interest in jewelry, e-commerce, or fine goods a plus Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Job Details Full-time on-site role located in New York City Sits within the Marketing team, reporting to the Director of Marketing Salary: $50–60K Benefits Equity Compensation.
