In this onsite role, you will play a vital part in empowering students to achieve greater independence and success in their daily school activities. Collaborate closely with educators, families, and other professionals while working with a diverse caseload in a supportive environment.

Key Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• Current license to practice Occupational Therapy
• Strong background in school-based OT services
• Experience with K-12 student populations
• Skillful in conducting assessments, writing IEP goals, and documenting progress
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with staff and families
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills in dynamic school settings

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative OT services to K-12 students in line with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Conduct assessments to determine student needs and update documentation as required
• Develop and implement individualized intervention strategies addressing motor, sensory, and functional skills
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing expert recommendations and fostering ongoing communication with families and teachers
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to all school and district guidelines for service delivery
