25m Health is a venture studio that incubates and invests in early-stage healthtech startups in partnership with 25madison, Lifepoint Health, ScionHealth, and Apollo Global Management. Our team, based in Nashville and New York City, partners with entrepreneurs at the earliest stages across engineering (full-stack, security, data science), strategy (fundraising, product, research), design (UI/UX, branding, marketing), and back-office (hiring, legal, accounting, tax). Most importantly, we enable startups to scale faster through our unique provider partnerships, and then accelerate them into the greater healthcare ecosystem. About the Role The Analyst role offers a blend of exposure to startup creation, venture investing, and portfolio company management. Additionally, this role will offer exposure to senior executives at 25madison, Lifepoint, Scion, and across our portfolio. Key Responsibilities Conduct qualitative and quantitative diligence on incubation opportunities, markets, and more Define and execute on go-to-market strategy for startup companies in healthcare Strategy and finance-focused work with early-stage businesses, including: Building financial and operating models for internally incubated startups Developing customer and external-facing marketing materials and analyses Support CEOs and functional leads at portfolio companies About You 1-2 years of professional experience in healthcare or healthtech, preferably in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Management Consulting. Candidates should be very detail-oriented, strong researchers, highly competitive, extremely passionate about healthcare and/or venture capital / early-stage company building, have demonstrated ability to work hard, intelligent and curious Heavy quantitative analysis (financial modeling (operating models, pricing, market sizing, etc.)) Heavy qualitative analysis (customer discovery interviews, market mapping, etc.) Ability to not just perform analyses but also present in a thoughtful, nuanced way with a story behind the presentation (versus a data dump of charts, tables, and pros/cons) Excellent Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) skills Experience navigating project ambiguity and dynamic work environments Demonstrated ability to be entrepreneurial and a self-starter What We Offer An intellectually stimulating, hard-working culture where your contributions are visible and valued Extensive senior-level exposure and the opportunity to build a wide network in the VC and startup ecosystem A competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for personal and professional growth Target Annual Base Salary Range : $100,000-110,000. Final salary will be determined by the candidate’s experience, knowledge, and skills.
