Pay: $38 - $46/hour Onsite Hospital Environment Tuesday - Saturday | 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

What You'll Be Doing

• Perform maintenance and repairs on HVAC and refrigeration systems
• Troubleshoot heating, cooling, ventilation, and air quality issues
• Install and service air conditioning units and controls
• Work on chillers, boilers, air handlers, walk-in coolers, and refrigeration equipment
• Respond to service requests and ensure systems operate efficiently
• Test, balance, and optimize HVAC systems
• Complete welding, brazing, and soldering as needed
• Partner with electricians, plumbers, and other trades on facility projects

Qualifications

• 4+ years of HVAC service, maintenance, or repair experience
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with commercial HVAC systems
• EPA Universal (Type 608) Certification required
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Trade School or HVAC Certification preferred
• Hospital or healthcare experience is a plus
• Valid California Driver's License required

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Stanford, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $46.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
