PAY RANGE The Target Pay Range for this position is $199,300.00-$243,800.00 annually. The full Pay Range is $155,200.00 - $288,000.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role. WHAT YOU’LL DO Build & Grow Relationships: Identify, develop and manage commercial relationships—including CRE and Affordable Housing—through a systematic sales performance management process that includes targeting, marketing, calling and regular follow-ups. Strengthen Client Partnerships: Collect and manage business client (member) relationship financial information while communicating regularly with members/businesses and Business Credit Administration team members to help ensure loans are approved, booked and funded properly and on time, while delivering an optimal member experience.
