Location: Grapevine, TX
Shift: MONDAY - FRIDAY 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
Starting Pay: $17.00 per hour

Resource Employment Solutions is seeking a Forklift Operator in Grapevine, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for moving packages and materials within a climate-controlled environment, ensuring safety and efficiency. Your tasks will include operating forklifts, loading and unloading trucks, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

Responsibilities and Duties – Your Day-to-Day

• Unload materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles and organize them in designated areas
• Load and unload trucks, perform order picking, wrapping, packing, and labeling for shipping and receiving
• Locate and move stock to pallets or crates for storage or shipment
• Identify damages, report shortages, and ensure safety protocols are followed
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks, perform preventive maintenance, and keep work areas clean

What You Bring – Skills that Make a Difference

• Proven experience as a forklift operator with at least 6 months of relevant work
• Certification to operate forklifts, including Cherry Picker and Stand Up Reach
• Knowledge of industrial equipment and safety guidelines for forklift operation
• Excellent physical condition, coordination, and attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent
