Work Environment
This position offers the flexibility of a remote work arrangement while connecting you with a collaborative outpatient office environment. We operate Monday through Saturday, providing ample opportunities to schedule your sessions conveniently. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups to inform treatment approaches and interventions.
- Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team members regarding assessment findings, treatment plans, and patient progress through accurate documentation and regular meetings, such as patient rounds.
- Provide comprehensive case management services, fostering collaboration with hospital and community professionals to ensure clients receive holistic support tailored to their unique needs.
- Ethically and promptly complete all documentation in alignment with departmental standards, ensuring compliance and quality care.
- Implement Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based interventions to assist clients in meeting their goals within their individualized service plans.
Patient Population / Client Focus
You will work with a diverse client population, including individuals of varying ages and backgrounds facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your ability to empathize, assess, and offer tailored interventions will play a critical role in facilitating positive outcomes for your clients.
Qualifications
- Candidates must possess a current license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) issued by the state of Texas.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in a behavioral health field is required.
- A commitment to fulfilling ethical guidelines and maintaining professional integrity in all client interactions.
Preferred Experience
- A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health counseling setting is required.
- Experience in conducting CBT and other therapeutic modalities is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems and teletherapy platforms is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits
