School Speech Language Pathologist - Milton, Delaware

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Current SLP, SLP-CCC credentials, and licensure for Delaware
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Experience with IEP development, implementation, and progress tracking
• Strong collaboration skills with classroom teachers, aides, and families
• Exceptional communication, documentation, and organizational abilities
• Capable of adapting therapy to individual student needs in a dynamic environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to students participating in the ESY summer program
• Conduct assessments and update individualized treatment plans according to student progress
• Engage with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated student care
• Monitor, record, and report on student growth, making data-driven recommendations
• Participate in staff set-up day and weekly team meetings
• Serve as a resource for staff and parents regarding communication or language concerns
