We're a boutique, owner-operated firm behind Class A communities, and we're currently hiring both Full Time and Part Time Leasing Consultants for two of our active adult (55+) communities in the Lawrenceville/Hoschton area. Here, you're not a name buried in an org chart, you have direct access to leadership and the ability to make a real, visible impact. What You'll Do

Be the face of the community — welcome prospects and deliver tours so good they close themselves
Build genuine relationships with residents and prospects
Follow up on leads with urgency and intention
Close leases confidently and drive toward occupancy goals
Stay a step ahead of market trends and the competition
Keep leasing records sharp and every communication timely and professional
Bring energy, personality, and professionalism to everything you do

What We're Looking For

High-energy, outgoing, and confident communicator
A natural at connecting with people — and closing the deal
Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment
A strong multitasker with a sharp eye for detail
Organized, with follow-up skills that never let a lead go cold
Leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred
Experience with Entrata or similar systems is a plus
