We're a boutique, owner-operated firm behind Class A communities, and we're currently hiring both Full Time and Part Time Leasing Consultants for two of our active adult (55+) communities in the Lawrenceville/Hoschton area. Here, you're not a name buried in an org chart, you have direct access to leadership and the ability to make a real, visible impact. What You'll Do
- Be the face of the community — welcome prospects and deliver tours so good they close themselves
- Build genuine relationships with residents and prospects
- Follow up on leads with urgency and intention
- Close leases confidently and drive toward occupancy goals
- Stay a step ahead of market trends and the competition
- Keep leasing records sharp and every communication timely and professional

What We're Looking For

- Leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred
- Experience with Entrata or similar systems is a plus
