Group 1 Automotive seeks an HRIS Analyst – Payroll, Absence & Time Tracking (PATT) to configure and optimize Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence. You will collaborate with Payroll, HR, Benefits, and Finance to translate business needs into scalable Workday solutions.
You will troubleshoot configuration issues, develop tests, and assist with releases. The role requires 3+ years of Workday configuration and strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills; based
