Job Summary We’re building ‘the’ Teaching Hospital for pediatric therapy — a category of one by driving excellence in outcomes, developing clinicians, building payer trust, and embedding systems across what we do. Position Overview Attainable caseloads and billable hour goals: 25‑30 weekly billable hour goals per week expected, caseloads of 6‑8 clients. Full‑time hours: Monday – Friday, 8:15 am – 4:45 pm. Achieve both hourly and monthly authorization fulfillment, averaging 25 billable hours per week. Conduct parent training/caregiver collaboration in clinic and home settings. Maintain relationships and conduct caregiver training sessions (minimum one per client per month). Ensure client programming is ethical, individualized, and implemented with integrity. Oversee programming in both center‑based and community settings. Design and implement treatment plans for assigned clients. Update progress reports for assigned clients.Oversee ABA programs, including initial and ongoing assessments. Direct, lead, and supervise behavior technicians, including oversight of assigned RBT supervision hours. Stay current on research and best practices. Model and fill in for therapy as needed. Promote Bierman Autism Centers within the community. Assist Clinical Directors with initial assessments as needed. Supervise BACB students as needed. Assist with interim care for potential clients when required. Document all activities per BACB and funder guidelines. Physical Requirements Lift and carry clients who weigh at least 30 pounds. Restrain, hold, transport, and perform quick body movements as indicated in a Behavioral Support Plan. Assume and maintain various postures (kneeling, squatting, crouching, crawling, sitting, standing, bending) for extended periods. Walk and run to chase clients while maintaining a three‑foot distance. Attend to basic client needs such as feeding, diapering, toileting, and dressing. Use manual dexterity for computer and electronic device functions for data collection. Read and comprehend written communication on computer, electronics, and paper. Transfer written data to electronic files or database systems. Work on a computer for prolonged periods while sitting at a desk or on the floor. Assemble, clean, and maintain therapy spaces, toys, and furniture. Administer medication to clients. Qualifications BCBA or BCBA‑D certification. Licensure in states of practice where applicable. Strong organization, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills. Clinical experience in early intervention, precision teaching, and behavior reduction preferred. Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Excellent time‑management skills and ability to meet deadlines. Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate appropriately. Detail oriented, adaptable, and professional. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and MacOS; comfortable using the organization’s technology platforms including CentralReach and Tableau. Ability to maintain required licensure while employed. Job Type & Salary Exempt, Full Time. Salary range: $75,000‑$90,000.
