Responsibilities:- Assist loan officers in managing and processing loan applications from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary documentation and provide updates on loan status.
- Coordinate with underwriters, appraisers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth loan processing.
- Maintain organized and detailed records of loan files, adhering to data security protocols.
- Support loan officers in preparing and reviewing loan documents for compliance and accuracy.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and partners to enhance customer satisfaction and drive future business.
- Proactively identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in loan applications to ensure seamless processing and approval.
- Experience in the mortgage industry or a related field, ensuring you understand the nuances of loan processing.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members, fostering strong relationships and ensuring clarity.
- Proven track record of managing multiple tasks efficiently, demonstrating your organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with loan processing software and tools, enabling you to navigate systems with ease.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to data security protocols, ensuring client information is protected.
- Strong problem-solving skills, allowing you to proactively identify and resolve issues in loan applications.
- Experience in preparing and reviewing loan documents for compliance, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulations.
Candidates should be prepared to sign a confidentiality/non -disclosure agreement and to work within Efinity Mortgage’s data security policies.
