This role involves the strategic transport of steel pipe and flat steel products across dedicated regional lanes. Financial Yield & Incentives

• Revenue Share: Earn a consistent 27% of the total linehaul revenue.
• Weekly Gross Potential: Most drivers average between $1,500 and $2,000.
• Non-Taxed Support: $300 weekly per diem to assist with travel expenses.
• Supplemental Pay: $40 for tarping services, $16/hour for detention (after 2 hours), and $50 for layover requirements (after 24 hours).

Operational Scope

• Home Time: Predictable regional routing with guaranteed weekends off.
• Mileage Targets: Consistent lanes providing 2,300 to 2,800 miles per week.
• Freight Profile: Dedicated steel hauling (flat steel and steel pipe).
• Manual Requirements: Tarping is required on approximately 40-50% of shipments.

Qualification Criteria

• Compliance: Minimum age of 22; no DUI/DWI in the last 5 years; zero Clearinghouse violations.
• Testing: Ability to pass a mandatory pre-employment urine drug screen.
